BISNISREAL.COM, JAKARTA – Saturday November 22, 2025 The Association of Indonesian Graphic Designers (ADGI) is setting the global spotlight on Jakarta with the highly anticipated ADGI Design Week 2025. Under the ambitious theme “Poliformat,” this international event will take place from November 19–23, 2025, at Taman Ismail Marzuki (TIM), positioning Indonesia firmly in the global design discourse.

“Poliformat” is a celebration of how graphic design manifests across diverse media, disciplines, and generations. It highlights visual communication as a unifying force, essential for fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration and driving innovation in the creative economy. As Teuku Riefky Harsya, the Minister of Creative Economy, noted, design is not just visual expression, but a communication infrastructure vital to the creative industry ecosystem.

The event’s core offerings include GRAFIS’25, the flagship exhibition showcasing the best work from 66 Indonesian design studios, and the culturally significant retrospective, “Panggil saja, saya Han” (Just call me Han), dedicated to design pioneer Hany Kardinata.

Beyond exhibitions, the ADGI Design Talks will be a hub for intellectual exchange, featuring a lineup of over 90 speakers including regional managers from global bodies like D&AD. Crucially, the Design Talent program aims to harmonize design education with professional practice through a job fair and portfolio review, directly addressing the growing needs of the industry.

Supported by major partners like ParagonCorp and various government bodies, ADGI Design Week 2025 is more than a gathering; it’s a strategic platform showcasing Indonesia’s design vitality and collaborative spirit to the world.
